1. How often should I service my current air conditioning & heating system?
At least once a year, a well-trained technician should inspect your heating and cooling system in order to ensure that the air filters, blower wheel, housing, motor, coils (indoor and outdoor), drain lines and pan, electrical wiring, and other key components within your unit are in good working order. In the meantime, owners should perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning and/or replacing air filters. Your warranty depends upon the brand and type of unit that you purchased. For a nominal fee, you can buy an extended warranty that covers up to 10 years in the life of your unit. 6. What's the warranty on repairs made by AZ HVAC?
Repairs are guaranteed for 30 days. That means that if we have to repair the same problem within 30 days, our fee is waived, and you're only charged for the initial repair. 7. What size should my new air conditioning & heating system be?
Our certified experts can help you determine the most efficient system for your home or business. To do so, we'll need to inspect the premises in order to determine the correct system size.
